I'm sort of confused on what's beading and whats lace/fabric/pattern on fancy god tier Vriska?

I’m not sure if this actually clears anything up but I’ve circled where there are beads on Vriska:

Basically along the bottom of the cropped jacket, the jacket sleeves and dress/tunic there are rows of beads. The web-like design ends in a single bead (and one of each of the tunic sleeves too).

I think I just made it more confusing, hopefully this makes sense.
